RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR STORY WRITING COMPETITION
- The story must be written within a word limit of 800 to 1000 words.
- Story can be written either in English or in Manipuri
- Use only blue or black pen.
- Participants must bring their own writing board/clipboard.
- The theme will be announced on the day of the competition.
- Only one entry per student is allowed.
- Content must be creative, appropriate, and non-satirical.
- Write your Name, Class, Roll Number, and School Name clearly.
- Students should bring their Aadhar card and ID card issued by the school
- Report 30 minutes early.
- The decision of the Management shall be final and binding.
- The Management reserves the right to use submitted works when required.
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR PAINTING COMPETITION
- All participants must arrive and report to the competition hall at least 15 minutes (i.e 12:30 PM) before the start time.
- Participants must bring their own drawing tools (pencils, colors, brushes, etc.). Only the drawing paper will be provided by the organizers.
- Follow the designated category-wise seating arrangement as directed by the volunteers.
- Participants must remain in the hall until the competition concludes. Exceptions will only be made for those participating in overlapping events.
- Strictly no roaming around the hall or looking at other participants’ work during the session.
- Electronic Devices: The use of mobile phones or any electronic gadgets is strictly prohibited inside the hall.
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR MISS TEEN EDUCCON - FASHION SHOW
Every contestant must comply with the following rules. Failure to comply, or
Falsification of the entry form will result in the forfeiture of the title, crown, and sash without refund of any kind.
- All contestants must be between the ages of 14 years and 18 years by pageant day (February 2, 2026).
- Contestants must be single, never been married, or had a marriage annulled.
- Contestant must not have been convicted of a crime or moral turpitude.
- Contestants will be judged on physical beauty, confidence, poise, personality, and speaking ability. Competition will include an introduction round, a personal interview, an evening gown round, and an impromptu question.
- All attire must be proper and not too revealing. Wearing improper attire on pageant day could result in immediate consequences, including loss of points and up to the contestant being withdrawn from the competition.
- Contestants will be responsible for all costs of participation, including make-up traditional attire and evening gown for the pageant.
- All finalists are required to attend grooming classes & rehearsal sessions for the pageant without fail unless an absence is excused by the organizer, with the understanding that emergencies can happen. Unexcused absences will result in a deduction of points and could result in removal from competition without a refund of any kind. Punctuality is as important as attendance. Showing up late to practice will also result in a loss of points.
Failure to follow the guidelines presented will result in forfeiture of the title, crown, and any and all prizes without refund of any kind
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ON SPOT REEL COMPETITION
- The theme (if any) will be announced on the spot before the competition begins
- .Only reels matching the announced theme will be accepted for judging.
- Creation time starts immediately after theme announcement.
- Participants will have a fixed time to shoot and edit their reel.
- All work must be completed and submitted within the allotted time.
- Reel Duration: 30–60 seconds (or as specified).
- Platform Format: Vertical, suitable for Instagram, Facebook Reel.
- Original Content Only: All footage, audio, and editing must be done during the competition timeframe.
- No Pre-Shot Content: Use of previously shot material is strictly not allowed.
- Reels must be submitted through Google Drive (link will be shared on the same day).
- File names must include participant name & team (if any).
- Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Participants can use phones only.
- Personal accessories (tripods, mics, lights) can be used.
- No professional crew or external help allowed
- Participants must respect the venue, equipment, audience, and other contestants.
- Any misconduct, plagiarism, or rule violation may lead to disqualification.
- Participants must use music and sound that is royalty-free or permitted for use (eg. Youtube Library Music, etc.)
- Organizers have the right to use reels for event promotion with proper credit.
- The judges’ decision is final and binding.
- No disputes or appeals will be entertained after results are announced.
- Winners and runners-up will be announced after judging.
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ON MULTICULTURAL DANCE COMPETITION
- Group Size: Each team must consist of a minimum of 6 participants. There is no upper limit unless specified by the organizers.
- Time Limit: The maximum performance time is 5-7 minutes. Exceeding the time limit may lead to penalty or disqualification.
- Theme Compliance: Performances must strictly represent multicultural / traditional / folk / cultural dance forms from any region or country.
- Music Submission: Participants must submit their song track in advance in MP3 format. No changes will be allowed on the day of the event.
- Judging Criteria: Teams will be judged on cultural representation, choreography, coordination, costumes, expression, and overall impact.
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ON SCIENCE/INNOVATION EXHIBITION
- The exhibition is open to students of recognized schools affiliated to State Board /
CBSE / ICSE or equivalent boards. - Participation is allowed in specified categories (Secondary / Senior Secondary) as
notified by the organizers. - Each student/team may present only one project/model
Team Composition:
- Projects/models may be individual or group-based.
- Each team must be guided by one teacher mentor from the respective schools
General Guidelines:
- Projects must strictly adhere to the prescribed theme/sub-theme announced by the
organizers. - The exhibit should demonstrate originality, creativity, scientific thinking, and
innovation - Ready-made or commercially available models are strictly prohibited
- All projects must be safe, stable, and non-hazardous.
- The use of toxic chemicals, open flames, explosives, live animals, or harmful
substances is strictly forbidden. - Participants must bring their own extension cords/adapters, if required.
- Use of low-voltage devices is encouraged.
- Any damage caused due to electrical misuse will be the sole responsibility of the
participant/team.
Presentation & Explanation:
1. Students must be present at their stalls during judging and public interaction.
2. Explanations should be clear, scientific, and age-appropriate.
3. Supporting materials such as charts, working models, and prototypes may be used.

1. Participants must be in school uniforms, punctual and present during all exhibition

disqualification.
